The Chevrolet Performance 350 HO Base is a budget-conscious long-block assembly packed with all-new parts and high-flow heads, giving you more power than just about any production-spec Small-Block Chevy ever installed at the factory with 333 hp and 381 lb.-ft. of torque. It’s affordable power with dependability you can count on.
A brand-new block with four-bolt main caps is the foundation for the 350 HO, which is topped with iron Vortec heads fitted with 1.94/1.50-inch valves. Its durable rotating assembly has aluminum pistons delivering a 9.0:1 compression ratio, while a hydraulic flat-tappet camshafprovides trouble-free cruising. Add your own intake and carb, ignition, etc.

The 350 HO is based on a tough, Chevy four-bolt block that holds a strong nodular iron crankshaft, good rods, and aluminum pistons. The high-lift camshaft gives this crate engine its own unique, aggressive idle. The cam is based on the same one found in 1965-67 Corvette 327 engines, but it has even more lift and duration.
